4th grade artists learned about one point perspective drawings. They created a road using a single vanishing point to create the illusion of space.

Kandinsky Circles
1st grade artists viewed “Study of Abstract Squares” by Wassily Kandinsky. They created these paintings in the style of Kandinsky and watched as the colors mixed to make new colors.
Fish Bowls
1st grade artists drew fish bowls and gave their fish an environment by adding rocks, plants, and more. They added a table top and background. Color was added with crayon and the water was painted with a watercolor resist technique.

Primary Lady Bugs
Kindergarten artists created these lady bugs using small, medium, and large circles in their favorite primary color.
Rockin' Guitars
4th grade artists studied guitars of all shapes and sizes. They drew their own guitars, colored them with oil pastels, and created woven paper backgrounds. Rock on!
